Use of the App

DonePacket is a business documentation tool for creating signed job packets, change approvals, final sign-offs, photo evidence, and PDF proof records.

Users agree to use the app only for lawful business documentation and to enter accurate job, estimate, approval, signer, and business information. Users are responsible for ensuring they have permission to collect, store, export, and share any client information, signatures, photos, or job records entered into the app.

No Professional Advice

DonePacket helps document approvals and job records. It is not legal, financial, tax, insurance, or construction compliance advice.

Users are responsible for confirming that each signer is authorized, that collected signatures and photos are appropriate for the job, and that exported PDFs are reviewed before being sent to a client or used for invoicing.

Records and Backups

Job packet records are stored locally on the user's device. Users are responsible for exporting, saving, and backing up PDFs and any records required by their business, client contracts, licensing rules, insurance provider, or local law.

Deleting packets, deleting the app, clearing app data, or losing access to a device may remove local records. Export important PDFs before deleting app data.

Pro Subscription

DonePacket offers Pro Monthly and Pro Annual auto-renewable subscriptions. Pro unlocks higher usage limits, watermarked PDF removal, business branding, photo evidence in PDFs, and related export features.

Subscription pricing, billing periods, taxes, free trials or introductory offers, renewal price, and renewal timing are shown by the Apple App Store or Google Play before purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled through the store account used to subscribe.

The free plan remains available if you do not subscribe or if a subscription ends. Deleting DonePacket does not cancel an active subscription.

Users can manage, cancel, or restore subscriptions through the Apple App Store or Google Play account used for purchase. Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their store policies.

Acceptable Use

Users may not use DonePacket to create fraudulent records, impersonate another person, collect signatures without authorization, misrepresent job approvals, violate privacy rights, or use exported PDFs for unlawful purposes.

Limitations

DonePacket is provided as a documentation tool. The app cannot guarantee payment, dispute outcomes, lien rights, client acceptance, legal enforceability, or compliance with every local requirement.

To the extent allowed by law, DonePacket is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the app.

Changes and Availability

DonePacket may change features, limits, pricing, or availability over time. Continued use of the app after updates means the user accepts the updated terms.
