How to Get Help

Email support@jobproofpro.app with your app version, device model, platform, and a short description of the issue. Do not send client signatures, private job records, or jobsite photos unless support asks for a specific example.

Purchases and Restore

Use Restore Purchases in the app if Pro access does not appear after subscribing or reinstalling. Purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled through the Apple App Store or Google Play account used to subscribe.

Local Data

Job packets, photos, signatures, and business profile details are stored locally on the device. Export important PDF records before deleting the app or clearing app data.
