JobProof Pro helps small contractors create signed job packets, change approvals, final sign-offs, photo evidence, and PDF proof records before invoicing.

Data Stored on Your Device
JobProof Pro is designed so job packet records are stored locally on the user's device. Local records may include:
- Client name, job address, job scope, signer name, and approval terms.
- Estimate line items and change approval line items.
- Signature images collected in the app.
- Jobsite photos selected or captured by the user.
- Final sign-off information.
- Business profile details used for branded PDFs.
- Local archive records and app settings.
This data is used to create, save, preview, and export job packets and PDFs. JobProof Pro does not require a JobProof Pro account.
Camera and Photo Library Access
The app requests camera or photo library access only when the user chooses to attach jobsite evidence. Photos are stored locally with the packet and may be included in exported PDFs when the user chooses to export or share them.
Subscriptions and Purchases
JobProof Pro uses Apple App Store, Google Play, and RevenueCat services to load subscription products, process purchases, restore purchases, and verify Pro entitlement status.
The app may receive subscription status, product identifiers, entitlement status, store receipt information, purchase history needed to verify entitlement, and related diagnostic information from those services. Payment card details are handled by Apple or Google and are not stored by JobProof Pro.
Sharing and Third-Party Services
JobProof Pro does not sell personal or sensitive user data. Data may be shared only when needed to operate app functionality, process subscriptions, comply with law, respond to support requests, or when the user chooses to export or share a PDF.
Subscription and receipt data may be processed by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat for purchase and entitlement operations. Those providers handle data according to their own terms, privacy practices, and security requirements.
Security
Local job packet data is stored using device storage controlled by the operating system. Users should protect their device with a passcode, biometric lock, and device backups appropriate for their business records.
Retention and Deletion
Local job packet data remains on the user's device until the user deletes packets, deletes the app, or clears app data. Subscription records are retained according to Apple, Google, and RevenueCat retention practices.
Because JobProof Pro does not require an app account, deleting local packets or deleting the app removes locally stored packet data from that device. Export any PDF records needed for business, tax, insurance, or contract records before deleting app data.
For purchase history, subscription cancellation, refund requests, or store account deletion, users should use the Apple App Store or Google Play account used to subscribe.
Children
JobProof Pro is intended for business use by contractors and service professionals. It is not directed to children.

This policy may be updated when the app, store requirements, or data practices change. The effective date above indicates the current version.
